I will always be endeared to Coach K.. We have never met but we had a mutual friend, Chase Faiello. Chase was in my 2nd grade classroom when he was diagnosed with leukemia. He was a HUGE Duke Fan!. That’s all I heard about in the Spring – Coach K and Duke Basketball. Coach K invited Chase and his family down to a Duke game where Chase met the basketball AND football team. What a way to make a little guy’s dreams come true. Thank you for taking the time to give back. Coach K is truly an inspiration.
